Architerra Homes announces a new Post Falls community, slated to begin construction in the third quarter of 2020. Located just east of Foxtail (crossroads), the new community named The Parkllyn will offer many a new array of home types, ranging from efficient and compact layouts to larger floor plans with spacious lots that accommodate shops. This multi-phased community is adjacent to a new elementary school (Prairie Trails) and will include new parks, trail connectivity and a neighborhood gathering spot. Land development and home construction will occur in many phases.
