KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO – Kootenai County “KC” Land Company, a Lakeside Group investment, recently acquired 1,050 acres between Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls, Idaho. KC Land Co. is working to transform the land into high quality, close-knit communities for over 4,500 residents that enhance the area’s natural beauty while taking advantage of the land’s close proximity to Interstate 90, Lake Coeur d’Alene, and the Spokane River.
Annexation efforts for this newly acquired land are now underway. KC Land Company is partnering with world class architects, real estate consultants, landscape architects/planners, architectural graphic designers, traffic and structural engineers, and surveyors to make highly coveted master planned communities. Thoughtful design efforts will link this community’s bike paths to the regional trail network and neighborhood destinations, including nearby schools, retail centers and local restaurants.
Unique amenities designed to create enduring value for both residents and the surrounding communities will include walking and biking trails, community centers, parks, coffee shops, fly fishing ponds, and other green spaces that make the regions great outdoors accessible for all. With a focus on creating enduring communities that elevate the standard of living for residents to include a seamless integration of access to nature and the conveniences of urban living, Kootenai County Land Company is excited to move this project forward. Specific communities will be announced along with parks and other amenities as annexation is completed later this year.
